A little history on how it all started...
Beginning in October 2002, under the name of Ultimate Medical Systems (UMS), the company began to make its imprint by providing support solutions to local medical offices in the metro Jackson, MS area that were in need of organization and additional staffing or support.
The crowning moment of UMS came while teaming up with Vision Services Plan (VSP) to restore management capabilities to local clinics and physicians during the chaotic aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
While establishing a reputation for consistency and dependability, UMS began to grow and offer services to a wider range of clientele outside of the medical field.
In celebrating this growth, in October 2007 at its 5th year anniversary, UMS changed its name to Aadarinei, Incorporated. In 2015, the business formation was changed from Aadarinei, Incorporated to Aadarinei, PLLC.
Aadarinei is pronounced AH-DARE-REN-NEE.
The company is named after the owner's three children, combining their names: Aaliyah, Cedarius, and Courtnei.

The owner, KaMeshalaOnike' Turner-Franklin has become Ordained through the Universal Life Church and is now a Wedding Officiant. Not only are we officiating weddings, but we are also providing marriage and family counseling services as well.

The Insurance Inspection Department covers Auto, Residential and Commercial.
