A LITTLE HISTORY ON AADARINEI, PLLC. ...

Beginning in October 2002 under the name of Ultimate Medical Systems, the company began to make its imprint by providing support solutions to local medical offices in need of organization and additional staffing or support.

Ultimate Medical Systems, crowning moment came while teaming up with Vision Services Plan (VSP) to restore management capabilities to local clinics and physicians during the chaotic aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. While establishing a reputation for consistency and dependability, Ultimate Medical Systems began to grow and offer services to a wider range of clientele outside of the medical field.

In celebrating this growth, in October 2007 at its 5th year anniversary, Ultimate Medical Systems changed its name to Aadarinei, Incorporated. In 2015, the business formation was changed from Aadarinei, Incorporated to Aadarinei, PLLC.

Aadarinei is pronounced AH-DARE-REN-NEE.

This company is named after the owner's three children, combining their names, Aaliyah, Cedarius, and Courtnei.

We are no longer located at 571 Highway 51, Suite G, Ridgeland, MS 39157.

We will be strictly MOBILE for all Notary Services and Exam Proctoring Services until Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Details on our new location will be revealed in a soft opening very soon. There will be better accommodations for all of our current and new clients. Thanks for all of your patience and support during our transition.

As of August 2017, Remote Witness/Telephone Deposition Services were added.

As of March 2017, KaMeshalaOnike' Turner-Franklin has become Ordained through the Universal Life Church and is now a Wedding Officiant. Not only are we officiating weddings, but we are also providing marriage and family counseling services as well.

As of November 2016, a Courier Service Department was added.

As of May 2016, an Exam Proctor Department and an Insurance Inspection Department was added. The Insurance Inspection Department covers Auto, Residential and Commercial.

As of April 2016, a Property Management department was added.

As of August 2015, we became NSA Certified with the National Notary Association.

As of November 2015, Aadarinei changed it's formation from an Incorporation to a Professional Limited Liability Company.
